Previous Baltimore Ravens star shield Terrell Suggs was captured on Tuesday in Scottsdale, Arizona, on charges of debilitating and scaring, and jumbled conduct with a weapon stemming from a Walk 10 occurrence exterior of a nearby Starbucks, concurring to police records.
